What age group children do you take?
We only admit children in the age group of 1-5 years.
What are the documents / certificates are required for child admission?
We would require a copy of the birth certificate/proof of the date of birth of the child at the time of admission and two passport size photos.

How old must my child be to attend?

Are admissions to the programs open through out the year?
Admissions are open through out the year (space permitting) but we recommend that children be enrolled at the start of the academic session.
What are the programs that are offered by Colour Box Preschool ?
We offers various well-defined and age-appropriate programs – Preschool, Kindergarten, Day care and Enrichment Activities.
What are the preschool operating hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM. We provide full-day care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers. We also provide before-and-after-school care for children who are enrolled in Kindergarten through 10 years of age. For further details, please visit the Colour Box Preschool.
What are the languages taught at Colour Box Preschool?
At Colour Box Preschool, the languages taught are English along with Hindi/Regional language to make the children feel comfortable and enable them to communicate with ease both at school, at home and elsewhere.
What is the educational background of the teachers and staff?
Our teaching staff come with vast and relevant experience from the field of teaching. Our care giving staff are trained, monitored and verified.
Does my child need to be potty-trained to attend?
Yes, a child attending a class need to be potty trained to attend the Preschool.
How can parents become involved in their child’s preschool activities?
At Colour Box Preschool,we encourage parents to get involved in their child’s preschool experience by conducting Workshops, to work hand-in-hand with parents towards shaping their child’s future.
What if I can’t pick up my child? Can someone else do it?
If someone other than the regular pick up person is coming to pick up your child, please let your child and the staff know! We will ask for ID before we release your child to the person picking up your child.
If I am late picking up my child?
Being on time at the end of class is important to your child. If unforeseeable circumstances keep you from arriving on time, please contact the preschool. Someone will stay with your child until a parent arrives.
What should I do if my child is sick?
Please do not send a sick child to school. To ensure he/she stays healthy, we require that children do not attend school until they are fever-free for 24-hours – this helps keep your child and their classmates healthy.Let us know via phone or email.
How do you ensure safety of children in the premises?
Safety of the child is of our prime importance. CCTV surveillance in all corners of the school.The child is always under watch of the teachers and child care providers.
What the frequency of Communication/interaction between the parents and teachers?
It depends on the information, the parents are updated on daily basis regarding the progress of child. Other related information / communication will be conveyed on weekly and monthly based on requirement.
Does the school have a structured curriculum ?
We have designed a well-researched all-round curriculum, which makes us the right choice for children to develop skills.
Do teachers interact with children while eating, playing etc?
YES, It is the teachers who interact and assist the child while eating and playing.
Is there a special place for my child's belongings?
Yes! All children have their own cubby for their items located in each of the classrooms.
Do you have a nap schedule for children?
Yes, we do follow a nap schedule that is unique to that child’s needs.
How do teachers handle discipline with my child?
We believe that discipline is the helpful guidance, encouragement, and support that adults use to influence children.
